1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

A valid payment method is required to secure your reservation.

Full payment or deposit details will be specified during the booking process.

Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Nero Cruises reserves the right to amend pricing due to changes in taxes, fees, or fuel surcharges.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by cruise package and will be clearly communicated at booking.

Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the booking confirmation.

Any cancellation must be submitted in writing via email or the contact methods provided.

Nero Cruises reserves the right to cancel any cruise due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns). In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Health and Safety

Passengers must comply with all safety instructions provided by the crew.

Nero Cruises reserves the right to refuse boarding to anyone who appears intoxicated, disruptive, or unable to safely participate.

All guests must wear life jackets as directed.

Nero Cruises is not liable for any personal injury or loss incurred during the cruise unless due to negligence by the company or its staff.

4. Itinerary Changes

Cruise itineraries may be subject to change due to weather, sea conditions, or other operational reasons.

Nero Cruises will make every effort to adhere to scheduled routes and times but reserves the right to modify plans to ensure passenger safety and comfort.

5. Liability

Nero Cruises is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

The company’s liability for any claim arising from the use of services is limited to the price paid for the booking.

Passengers undertake the cruise at their own risk.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data collected during booking will be processed according to our Privacy Policy.

Data may be shared with third parties only to facilitate the booking and cruise services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Greek law.

Any disputes arising from bookings or services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Greek courts.

Data We Collect

Online reservation procedure

Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.

Data given automatically

There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.

Data given from other sources

Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.

Data we share with others

We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
